Our client is a leading North American private equity firm based in Toronto. The firm is looking to bring on an Associate of Portfolio Support to expand the scope and experience of the Portfolio Support team. In collaboration with portfolio company executives and the investment team, the individual in this role will be responsible for driving the firm’s value-creation agenda at one (or more) portfolio companies at a time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years total career experience, including a mix of experience working in a top-tier strategy consulting firm in addition to rigorous, hands-on experience in industry.
As firms close and deploy new funds, we’ve seen this be a natural time to build or grow private equity portfolio operations teams.
