Our client is a growth-oriented private equity firm with over $3.5B in assets under management that focuses its investments in founder-led, lower middle-market investments in technology and technology-enabled services companies. The firm is seeking a net new Vice President as part of its growing portfolio operations team who will play a pivotal role in driving value creation in portfolio companies with a focus on integration and project management in addition to internal IP creation and development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of strategy consulting experience with exposure to large transformations/PMO. Integration experience is preferred but not required.
As firms close and deploy new funds, we’ve seen this be a natural time to build or grow private equity portfolio operations teams.
