Our client is a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on investing in software and tech-enabled services. The Vice President of Portfolio Operations would be the first hire for the portfolio operations team, partnering with deal teams and management teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute value-creation plans. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of total professional experience, with at least two years of experience at a tier-one strategy consulting firm and at least four years of experience operating in a software business.
