This position is responsible for leading the efforts to profitably grow the company’s business with major national and regional customers by developing new accounts and by improving share and value mix with existing customers. The Director of Sales is also responsible for leading the sales team, total account management, proactively generating new business opportunities/projects, recapturing lost business and qualifying sales leads to evaluate the type of support the account will need (outside, inside, distribution, product development).
