Our client is an industry-leading commercial landscaping services company based in the Dallas / Chicago metro area. Reporting to the CDO, the Associate will be part of a high-energy and fast-paced team and will play a critical role supporting the inorganic growth of our client. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity; business services / blue-collar services experience is preferred.
We’ve seen a growing number of private equity firms add management consultants to their investment teams over the last few years.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
The HVAC industry is one of the most saturated in the private equity world, but we’ve continued to see consistent M&A activity throughout 2023.
