Our client is a leading private equity-backed animal prescription and generic drug provider. The Vice President of Strategic Finance will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in shaping financial strategies, guiding business decisions and driving operational excellence. This position oversees the FP&A team, which includes the Director of FP&A and Manager of FP&A, and is tasked with ensuring alignment between financial planning and the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within private equity-backed organizations, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results in fast-paced environments.
