Our client is a leading middle-market private equity firm with approximately $19M in AUM, specializing in investments in the business services, consumer services, technology and healthcare spaces. The Senior Associate will be a key member of the firm’s Portfolio Resource Group (PRG), working across a range of value-creation initiatives, including supporting and helping to shape out the best practices and playbooks for portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of strategy consulting experience in addition to having spent at least two years in a private equity portfolio operations or deal team. Ideally, this candidate should also have experience in the business services, consumer services, technology and healthcare industries, either when working in consulting and/or at the private equity fund level.
