Our client, a private equity-backed home services business in the Southeast, is seeking a Head of M&A to evaluate and execute potential opportunities in order to drive inorganic growth, building density in the market. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the private equity sponsor, the ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a high-velocity M&A environment with relevant business/consumer services experience.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
