Our client is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development, the Associate will play a critical role in executing the company’s inorganic growth initiatives, including sourcing, strategy, M&A execution and integration. This is a highly visible role in the organization with direct exposure to, and interaction with, business and corporate leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate development or advisory experience in a high-velocity M&A environment. Prior experience working for a life sciences business is preferred but not required.
