The Director of Transformation will lead internal projects and address mission-critical challenges related to the company’s growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of pre-MBA experience at a top-tier management consulting firm. One year of post-consulting experience in strategy and transformation is preferred. The role is hybrid and requires on-site presence in Long Island, New York, for in-person collaboration. While relocation is not required, candidates based on the East Coast are strongly preferred.
