Our client is a newly acquired, private equity-backed portfolio company in the industrial safety and waste disposal services space. The private equity sponsor, which focuses on micro-market investments, plans to rapidly scale the company through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. The CEO will be responsible for business planning, operational execution and delivering both short- and long-term results. The ideal candidate will take an active leadership role in driving and executing the value creation plan. Candidates should have at least two to three years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and hold an MBA from a leading business school.
