To support this vision, the company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Corporate Development to lead the identification, evaluation and execution of strategic transactions with precision. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, this individual will play a critical role in driving sustainable, acquisitive growth. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of M&A experience in a fast-paced, private equity environment—preferably within long-term pharmacy care or the broader healthcare sector.
