Our client is a global consumer organization with a brand that has become part of its consumers’ daily lives. As the business continues to grow, our client is looking to identify its new Vice President of Strategy to lead the enterprise strategy function and business operations for the organization. This new leader will be charged with building and executing the strategic plan while also leading a team of direct and cross-functional resources to drive meaningful change for the company across new product development, breaking into new categories, M&A, innovation, etc. Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, this Vice President will have complete visibility to the Executive Leadership Team and all aspects of the organization to push the business forward. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have 15-20+ years of total experience, including 10+ years post-MBA with a top-tier management consulting firm. Industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. This person must be comfortable commuting to Shelton, Connecticut a minimum of two times per week.
