Our client is seeking someone with 6-10 years of experience, preferably with an investment banking or private equity background, in the Southeast. Reporting into the CEO, the Head of M&A will play a critical role in defining and executing the company’s M&A initiatives, owning deal-related analyses and acting as a subject matter expert on financial modeling.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
While the IT services industry has retained profitability by providing software systems, SaaS continues to gain traction by selling competing products in a web-based platform.
On-cycle recruiting is the week-long period, usually during the fall, in which private equity firms compete to secure the best young talent for their future associate classes.
