This Vice President will work directly with other members of the corporate development team, operating colleagues throughout the organization, functional experts and the senior executive team. They will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, structuring, performing diligence, documenting and closing acquisitions, and on select transactions may be asked to lead key commercial improvement plans for acquired companies post close.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
