Our client is a global leader in emergency lighting and audible warning equipment for commercial and emergency vehicles. The Finance Director will report to the Managing Director in Mexico and work closely with manufacturing sites in the United States. They will be responsible for the oversight of budgeting and forecasting processes, financial analysis, monthly close and reporting and all transactional and financial system activities. The ideal candidate is bilingual, with a strong understanding of both US GAAP and Mexico GAAP, and has 5-8 years of experience leading a robust finance function, preferably within a private equity-backed organization. Experience in a manufacturing environment and a background in public accounting are highly preferred.
