Our client is a highly acquisitive business services company specializing in commercial outdoor environments. This individual will serve as the deal quarterback and be required to manage multiple M&A assignments while liaising directly with the appropriate internal departments as well as external advisors. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a high-volume M&A environment, ideally with prior investment banking or private equity experience and significant exposure to services businesses.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
