As it rapidly moves toward its next phase of growth, our client is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to lead strategic M&A from start to finish. This role will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess 7-12 years of M&A experience in a high-velocity M&A environment (investment banking, private equity or transaction services), ideally working in the tech-enabled legal services space.
