Jill Jitima is a vice president who leads the Consumer / Retail recruiting practice at Charles Aris Inc.

Jill primarily focuses on Strategy & Corporate Development roles, recruiting current and former management consultants from Bain & Company, The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company, as well as other top-tier consulting firms.

Since joining Charles Aris in 2011, Jill has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies across food and beverage, health and beauty, household goods, consumer durables, apparel, and retail. Jill’s success in client care stems from her deep knowledge of the strategy and corporate development space and her commitment to finding and landing A-level talent quickly.

Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & International Studies at Marshall University and studied abroad at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. She also holds a master’s degree in human resources from Marshall University. Before joining Charles Aris, Jill held multiple leadership roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Jill and her husband, Nick, share a passion for the outdoors and love spending time camping, hiking and traveling. She is a proud mother of two young boys, Sam and Max, who are always on the go. They spend their weekends debating on who will play the superhero vs. the bad guy.
