Rebecca Conway (she/her/hers) is a senior associate practice leader who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search.
Rebecca, who has a mix of executive search and in-house corporate recruiting experience, previously worked as an experienced-hire recruiter with the financial services practice of Oliver Wyman. Prior to that, she served as a member of the human resources practice of Solomon-Page Group.
Beyond Charles Aris, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, Andre, and their daughters, Caroline and Ava. She also enjoys cooking, catching up with friends over a nice cup of tea, and being a part of the running community in Greensboro, North Carolina.
