Rebecca Conway earns promotion to associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Charles Aris Executive Search promoted Rebecca Conway to associate practice leader in recognition of her outstanding work filling mission-critical roles with the marketplaces top talent.

Since joining the firm three years ago, Conway has recruited across multiple practices while spearheading several firmwide initiatives. She excels in partnering with client organizations to locate and land A-level leaders as she helps change lives, transform businesses and enrich communities.
