Our client is one of the largest and most aggressively growing public environmental services companies in the United States. This organization is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to develop and execute inorganic growth at its Midwest location in Detroit. As a direct report to the Area President, the ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a high-velocity M&A environment (investment banking, transaction advisory or corporate development), with relevant experience in blue-collar services businesses.
Low barriers to entry, diversity of businesses and scalability at a local level allow for consistent growth in the home services market.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
