Our client is a prominent, Dallas-based family office with a rich history of success across multiple industries. The Chief Investment Officer is looking to expand this group and make the first hire on the investment team. The ideal candidate will have two years of investment banking experience and two years of private equity investing experience.
On-cycle recruiting is the week-long period, usually during the fall, in which private equity firms compete to secure the best young talent for their future associate classes.
As firms close and deploy new funds, we’ve seen this be a natural time to build or grow private equity portfolio operations teams.
