Our client is a leading private equity firm with $1.6B in assets under management that focuses its investments in founder-led lower middle-market manufacturing, industrial technology and industrial services businesses. The firm is looking to add an Operations Associate to work directly with its Operating Partners on executing key value-creation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of pre-MBA experience at McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company or Boston Consulting Group.
