Our client is a leading global growth equity firm headquartered in the Northeast. The firm is looking to bring on a Principal as a key leader to expand the scope and experience of the Strategic Resource Group team. In collaboration with portfolio company executives and the investment team, the individual in this role will be responsible for driving the firm’s value-creation agenda across software portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years total career experience, including a mix of experience working in a top-tier strategy consulting firm in addition to hands-on operating experience in the software industry leading performance-improvement initiatives.
