Our client is a healthcare data analytics startup that has the infrastructure, patient dataset and capital backing to build a once-in-a-lifetime healthcare-centric enterprise. The Director of Strategy & Business Operations will be one of the first few employees hired and will report to the Co-Founder and CEO of the business. The Director will be responsible for contributing to strategic initiatives and business operations of the new venture through a combination of strong healthcare industry knowledge, ability to connect the dots across complex healthcare topics, bring business process rigor and ensure excellence across assigned initiatives. In the startup nimble model, you will wear multiple hats and juggle several responsibilities to support the successful set up and scaling of the business. The ideal candidate has at least 3-6 years of experience including stints at a top-tier management consulting firm and industry. Healthcare experience is preferred.
