The Vice President, Corporate Development will play a critical role in defining the company’s M&A and strategic initiatives. This role will be exposed to ongoing M&A transactions and will own the whole corporate development process of live deals, from modeling to M&A contract management. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience. Preference for current investment bankers.
