International executive recruiting firm Charles Aris Inc. is celebrating its 50th year in business over the course of 2019.

The family owned and operated company, headquartered in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, has progressed from its beginnings as Management Recruiters International of Greensboro in 1969. Led by founder and chairman Mitch Oakley, the high-performing organization with less than 10 team members is now a nationally ranked firm comprised of more than 50 full-time executive search professionals coming off its seventh consecutive year of record-breaking revenue growth.
