Our client is a rapidly growing private equity-backed cosmetic surgery services business located in the Southeast. The Director of Corporate Development will quarterback the execution of all deals. This role reports directly to the CEO and will work collaboratively with the founders, key business unit stakeholders and the private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of M&A experience (investment banking, private equity and/or corporate M&A) and extensive experience with healthcare services businesses.
