Our client is a publicly-traded, innovative consumer goods company specializing in hair care products. The Director of FP&A will report to the Senior Vice President of FP&A and work closely with all levels of the organization. They will be responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting processes, financial analysis, reporting and transactional activities, as well as driving financial transformation. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in finance and strong skills in strategic business analysis. Experience in financial modeling is highly preferred.
Salary for this role can range from $225,000 to $275,000, with an annual bonus of 20%.
