Our client is a global leader in the building and industrials materials space looking to add to its corporate development team. This individual will serve as the deal quarterback and be required to manage multiple M&A objectives, present to the board on all M&A initiatives and liaise directly with the appropriate internal departments as well as external advisors. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, with a high volume of deal reps (ideally with prior investment banking or private equity experience) and significant exposure to manufacturing businesses.
